Delete your Ekko account
Sign in, open Settings, choose Account, and submit the Delete account form. Ekko asks for your password and email address before deleting the account.
This removes your user record, active sessions, and workspace memberships. If you own a workspace, Ekko also erases its connected social credentials. Shared workspace content and analytics remain available to its other members.
Delete Facebook and Instagram data
You can disconnect a profile in Ekko at any time. You can also remove Ekko from your Facebook settings and ask Meta to delete data shared with the app.
When Meta sends a valid signed deletion request, Ekko erases matching Facebook and Instagram access tokens, provider identifiers, and analytics. The callback returns a confirmation code and a link to this page.
Request help
Email [email protected] from the address on your Ekko account. Include the workspace name and the connected platform. Do not email passwords or access tokens.
