Using Ekko
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, your team members, and activity performed through your workspace. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content and connected accounts
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Ekko the limited rights needed to store, process, adapt, and transmit that content to provide the features you choose.
You must have the right to use the content and every social account you connect. You authorize Ekko to act on your instructions, including publishing, scheduling, reading permitted account data, and refreshing access tokens.
Acceptable use
You may not use Ekko to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, send spam, evade provider limits, misrepresent identity, scrape data without permission, or interfere with the service. You may not probe or bypass security controls except through an authorized security program.
Third-party platforms
LinkedIn, X, Meta, Anthropic, and other services are independent from Ekko. Their terms, permissions, availability, and API limits apply to your use. They may change or remove access, and Ekko cannot guarantee that a third-party feature will remain available.
AI and simulated data
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for publication. Review it before use. You remain responsible for content you approve or publish.
Demo profiles and demo analytics are simulated and do not represent activity on a real social network. The interface labels simulated connections. Real publishing occurs only for accounts connected through a configured provider.
Fees
If Ekko offers a paid plan, the price, billing interval, limits, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown at purchase will apply. Until live billing is enabled, plan changes in the demo do not create a charge or subscription.
Service changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Ekko. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to other users or providers. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
Ekko is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, provider acceptance, publishing success, audience reach, or business results.
To the extent permitted by law, Ekko and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by a third-party platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
